Internal Audit of all core and supporting processes of Manav Packaging Private Limited takes place once in every six months to ensure that the customer satisfaction and service quality are enhanced. External audit by AQC GLOBAL LLC takes place once in every year to ensure that the Quality is maintained as per the requirements of the ISO Standard.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES
The objective of the quality policy is to ensure that all staff, associates, suppliers and all concerned or connected with MPPL and their products / services develop a PROACTIVE Quality policy (rather than a REACTIVE quality plan & programme), creating an all-round QUALITY CONSCIOUSNESS and ensuring that each one does things RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, in line with organizational quality objectives.
Quality objectives are established at relevant departments within MPPL. The quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy including the commitment to continual improvement. Department heads together with the In-charges are responsible for establishing the quality objectives for their respective departments.
