Manav Packaging promotes scientifically, environmentally, socially and economically sustainable practices to meet the needs of the present without compromising the welfare of future generations.
Rolls of paper of different grades are combined to form corrugated boards from which we make packaging materials.
New corrugated boxes, packaging and POP displays are custom manufactured for each of our customers.
Old Corrugated Containers (OCC) are collected from various recycling vendors, sorted and categorized for further processing.
The OCC is combined with water in a repulper and is agitated to form a slushy pulp (slurry) of fiber and water. Big “ragger” chains, screens, cyclones and cleaners remove the contaminants like glue, tape, plastic and metals.
The water coming out the re-pulping process is filtered and reused for any further application or pumped back into the pulping process.
The fiber solution is poured out onto a porous belt, drained, pressed and dried and formed into rolls of paper (liner board & medium).
